Line training/depth session

What's Involved

Our line training sessions are conducted at Shellharbour and Lilli Pilli, with depths up to 24m Are you ready to improve your technique, master equalisation, and find deeper relaxation throughout your dives...our deopth training is catered around your goals, experience, strengths, and weaknesses. Our coaches will provide free training and exercises in the lead up to your depth sessions, to help your session be more comfortable and beneficial. In some instances we will also incorporate video analysis on request. These depth sessions run for 1.5-2hrs. Divers of all levels are welcome, although you must have a Level 1 Certification or higher.
