Learn to freedive, safely and confidently - even if you’ve never held your breath before.
-
What if you could hold your breath for over a minute, dive 10-20 metres deep, and feel completely calm doing it?
-
Our Beginner Freediver Course isn’t just another weekend activity.
It’s a complete transformation - physically, mentally, and emotionally - that helps you unlock what your body and mind are truly capable of.
-
Whether you’re a total beginner, surfer, or spearo this is where your freediving journey starts.

What will you get out of your course?
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
-
Hold your breath for 1 minute 30 seconds+
-
Dive up to 20 metres deep safely and comfortably
-
Perform self-rescue and buddy rescues like a pro
-
Equalise effortlessly
-
Stay relaxed under pressure, both in and out of the water
“It’s not about how long you can hold your breath - it’s about learning how to relax when your body says you can’t.”
