Every coaching session is a approx. 1.5-hour one-to-one in-water session - pool or depth, your
choice and your level. We work together closely to overcome your limitations.
Depending on what you need, your session may include:
• Video analysis - your dives filmed and reviewed with you, so you can see what you
can't feel.
• Dry training - equalisation drills, breathwork, flexibility and relaxation work before
you get wet.
• Programming - a take-home training plan so the session keeps paying off long after
you towel down.
You leave with specific fixes, not vague tips - and a clear next step.
