Lady Elliot Island Freediving Retreat

With warm water temperatures of 22-25°C, you can pack light; however, we recommend bringing at least a 2mm wetsuit top or springsuit. If you run cold, then bring a 3mm wetsuit. Don't forget to pack comfortable clothing for workshops and activities, a towel, a reusable water bottle, reef-safe sunscreen, hat, and a camera to capture every moment of your adventure.

Flights Return scenic flights from Hervey Bay to Lady Elliot Island are included in your retreat package.

Please note, flights to and from Hervey Bay are not included. We recommend allowing plenty of travel time before your departure, including an overnight stay if travelling from interstate, to ensure you don’t miss your connecting flight to the island. Deep Sensations Freediving is not responsible for any missed flights or travel delays.

Drinks Barista-made coffees, alcoholic beverages, and specialty drinks are available for purchase on the island but are not included in the retreat package. Complimentary water, tea, and juice are available with meals.

Minimum requirement is being able to swim 200m unassisted and comfortable in deep water.
