Junior Freediving and Spearfishing Course Structure
Day 1: Pool & Theory Session
The first day is all about building a solid foundation. We start with theory, where your child will learn about the principles of freediving, safety protocols, and the importance of proper technique. This is followed by practical training in the pool, allowing them to practice what they’ve learned in a safe environment.
Day 2: Open Water Session
