Build a stronger, more reliable equalisation technique and stop letting your ears hold back your diving.
Equalisation is one of the biggest barriers we see in freediving.
You might be comfortable holding your breath. You might feel relaxed in the water. But if you can’t equalise consistently, depth becomes frustrating very quickly.
Our Equalisation Fundamentals Workshop is a self-paced online workshop designed to help you understand exactly how freediving equalisation works, improve your technique, and give you practical exercises you can start using straight away.
Whether you're completely new to freediving, struggling to learn Frenzel, or finding your equalisation starts falling apart as you get deeper, this workshop will give you the foundations to start progressing.
DATE: Tuesday, 13 October, 8.30pm AEST
Limited Spaces: We are limiting spaces to ensure time to work on an individual level if need be.
What You'll Learn
We'll break equalisation down into simple, practical steps, including:
- How equalisation actually works
- Valsalva vs Frenzel and why Frenzel is preferred for freediving
- How to learn and refine your Frenzel technique
- Tongue and soft palate positioning
- How to tell if you're actually performing Frenzel correctly
- Common equalisation mistakes and how to fix them
- Dry exercises you can practise at home
- How to make your equalisation more efficient and consistent
- Equalising earlier and more frequently during a dive
- Why equalisation becomes harder as you descend
- An introduction to deeper equalisation techniques and when they become relevant
The goal isn't to overwhelm you with complicated terminology.
It's to give you a clear understanding of what you're trying to do, why it works, and how to practise it.
Learn At Your Own Pace
This workshop is Live or self-paced, it will be recorded you can watch it whenever suits you and revisit the lessons as many times as you need.
Equalisation is a skill, and for most people, improvement comes from repetition.
Having access to the workshop means you can return to the exercises as your diving progresses rather than trying to remember everything from one course or coaching session.
Equalisation Mastery eBook Included
You'll also receive our Equalisation Mastery eBook, giving you an additional resource to work through alongside the workshop.
Inside, we go deeper into equalisation technique, troubleshooting and exercises to help you continue developing your skills away from the water.
Use the workshop to understand the techniques, then use the eBook as your ongoing training guide.
