FAQs
Who can join?
Our pool training sessions are open to anyone who has completed a freediving course. You don't have to have trained with us previously, just that you have completed the Lap 1/Wave , or equivelant.
What's the difference between the Coached vs Self-Guided Sessions
Our Coached training sessions are completely structured, and have one of the Deep Sensations Freediving Team conducting the session. We will be monitoring you at all times, providing feedback on technique, mental strategies, and there to support you throughout.
Coached sessions are in a heated pool, with lane hire and small group numbers. The Ocean Pool, Self-guided session is outdoors. During the Self-guided sessions, I will provide a weekly plan, but our team (myself included) might even be in the water doing our own training alongside you.
What Do I need to Bring?
For all coached sessions, please bring wetsuit (unless you're brave), mask + snorkel, fins and weight belt (extra weights is a plus for some drills).
For the pool sessions, you will just need wetsuit, goggles and noseclip, or mask.
