Led by professional freedivers and experienced spearos, you’ll develop real-world, in-water skills, from breath-hold and equalisation to reading fish behaviour and managing every dive with greater calm, control, and safety.

Prerequisites
Ability to swim 200 m unassisted
Prior snorkelling or freediving experience recommended
Valid NSW recreational fishing licence required (not included)
