Our Sydney Spearfishing Course is designed for ocean lovers who want to hunt with purpose, respect the ocean, and bring home fresh, sustainably caught seafood.Led by professional freedivers and experienced Sydney spearos, you’ll learn real-world skills in and around Sydney’s stunning coastline — from mastering breath-hold and equalisation to reading fish behaviour and making every dive safer, calmer, and more successful.
Whether you’re new to spearfishing or want to sharpen your technique, this course will help you build confidence, skill, and awareness in the water.

Prerequisites
Must be able to swim 200 m unassisted
