Sunrise Breathwork with Curtis Tredway


What's Involved

A 30 minute breathwork practice, to prime you for the day. The session will start with gentle slow breathing to connect with your breath, followed by cyclic hyperventilation (similar practice people like Wim Hof use). This breathwork is designed to be a backdoor to your subconcious, helping you feel more grounded and equipped to go about the day.
