2027

Trip 1: 8 June to 12 June 2027

Trip 2: 22 June to 26 June 2027

Why This Trip Is Different

Most Ningaloo tours run like a conveyor belt.
20–30 guests. Short rotations. A few minutes in the water, then back on board.

We charter the same quality vessels - but we cap the group at just 16 guests.

That means:

  • More in-water time

  • Less waiting

  • Calm entries and exits

  • Better photos

  • Less stress on wildlife

  • A far more personal experience

You’re not just a passenger. You’re part of the crew for the week.

We also work only with long-standing, eco-certified operators who follow strict wildlife interaction guidelines. No chasing animals, no overcrowding, no shortcuts. The encounters happen naturally, and that’s exactly why they’re so special.

What You May Experience

(Wildlife is never guaranteed — but this is peak season and the reason Ningaloo is world famous.)

🐋 Whale Sharks – the main event
🪶 Manta Rays – often multiple encounters in a day
🐢 Sea Turtles – green & loggerheads on shallow reef
🦈 Reef Sharks & Tiger Sharks
🐋 Humpback Whales (seasonal)
🐬 Dolphins, dugongs and orcas are occasionally sighted (viewing only, water entry not permitted)

Who This Is For

You do not need to be a freediver or a spearfisher.

This trip is ideal if you:

  • Love the ocean but want a deeper experience than a day tour

  • Want real wildlife encounters, not rushed rotations

  • Prefer community over crowds

  • Want guidance in the water so you feel calm and confident

  • Enjoy travel with like-minded people

Many guests come solo and leave with lifelong friends.

What Makes Ningaloo Special

Unlike the Great Barrier Reef, Ningaloo is a fringing reef.
The deep ocean sits right against the reef edge. That’s why pelagic animals come so close to shore, and why you can swim with whale sharks without needing multi-day liveaboards.

It is one of the very few places on Earth where you can reliably encounter:

  • Whale sharks

  • Manta rays

  • Turtles

  • Reef sharks
    …all in the same week.

Important Notes

Wildlife encounters are natural and cannot be guaranteed. We operate during the peak aggregation season to maximise opportunities.

Water entry is not permitted with dolphins, dugongs or orcas under marine park regulations.

Limited Capacity

We intentionally keep this expedition small.

Only 16 spots are available.

Every year this trip fills well in advance because once the charters are booked, we cannot add more guests.

If Ningaloo is on your list, this is the year to do it properly.

Why Book Now?

Operator and accommodation costs are rising by roughly 10–20% each year, which means future trips will inevitably be priced higher. This experience has sold out in 2024, 2025, and again in 2026. If you’re thinking about joining, it’s genuinely worth securing a spot early, once places fill, they’re gone, and waiting usually just means paying more next year.

This is for all Ocean Lovers

If you love the ocean, this trip is for you.

Whether you’re a snorkeller, ocean adventurer, or an experienced freediver, we’ve designed this retreat to suit all levels. Come solo or bring a mate, regardless of how deep you dive, the best encounters happen at the surface.

What's not included:

Flights and airport transfers are not included. We organise bus charters on all boat days, however if you’d like to explore around town you may want to arrange a carpool, we’ll set up a group chat well in advance to make this easy.

Dinners are also not included.

Please note: all guests are required to have both dive insurance and travel insurance. Sometimes unforseen circumstances happen prior to, or during, so you want to make sure you are covered in the event you cant travel or dive.
