Every year we bring the ocean community together for R U OK Day.
R U OK Day is not just about checking in with others, but also about doing things for yourself.
My journey into breathwork started from a dark place, and it was this, the ocean, and the freediving community that helped me through it. That is why, every year we put this day together. The connection to nature, community and self is the secret to a happier and healthier life.
